The Rocky Mountain House RCMP is seeking public assistance with an alleged arson on the O’Chiese First Nation.
On May 20, 2023 at approximately 7:15 p.m., RCMP say they responded to reports of a structure fire at the O’Chiese First Nation. RCMP say O’Chiese Fire had been deployed at 5:30 p.m.
According to RCMP, witnesses reported seeing a structure on fire shortly before witnesses saw a grey truck and a red burgundy truck leaving the area.
Mounties note nobody was reported as injured.
The Rocky Mountain House RCMP are requesting any community members in the O’Chiese area to review their doorbell cameras, outdoor footage or dash cameras from the night of May 20, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m. and submit any footage clips they feel may be of some assistance.
