A Remembrance Day service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Rocky Mountain House this weekend.

The service is on Saturday, Nov. 11 at the Lou Soppit Community Centre, beginning at 10:40 a.m.

The service includes:

• 10:40 – Honour Guard in Place
• 10:45 – Veterans Form Up
• 10:46 – Parade Marches in
• 10:48 – O’ Canada (One verse)
• 11:00 – Last Post and Silence
• 11:03 – Piper’s Lament
• 11:04 – Reveille, Act of Remembrance, “In Flanders Field”
• 11:07 – Deposit Colours, Indigenous Address, Prayer for the Fallen, Laying of Wreaths and Powerpoint Presentation, Honour Roll Presentation, Amazing Grace, Hymm: For That Tomorrow, Presidents Address, God Save the King (One verse).

Lunch will follow the service at the Legion in Veterans Hall at 12:00 p.m.
