Everdell Hall and Staged Right Productions are back again this year, presenting its annual spring dinner theatre. This year’s performance is the comedy, Who’s Under Where?
Organizer Mike Skeels says everyone is invited to first enjoy a delicious dinner & dessert, and then take in the “comedy of errors” theatre performance.
“A couple ladies have a lingerie business who are set to sell it to an Italian businessman who wants to take it global,” explained Skeels. “However, they’ve led their husbands astray as to what’s going on until they sell the business. The husbands sneak in to see what’s going on— they find a hotel room rented full of underwear, and all the comedy ensues.”
Skeels adds, the play is full of physical comedy and farcical elements.
Along with a delicious catered dinner, Skeels says it makes a great night out as it also includes bar service.
Skeels says there will be four evening performances on April 4, 5, 11, and 12 with a Sunday matinee on April 6.
Staged Right productions has been holding annual dinner theatre productions for 17 years, says Skeels, with the first two years hosted at Arbutus Hall.
“It’s going to be a great evening of laughs and entertainment,” says Skeels. “I’ve got a really good cast, it’s a really great show. I’m really proud of it.”
