Officials with the Town of Rocky Mountain House say street sweeping has begun on priority roads, with residential routes to follow.

The town’s annual street sweeping program is designed to clean up sand, dirt and debris left behind after the winter season. Sweeping begins once snow has fully melted from streets and boulevards.

Signs may be posted in residential areas to indicate when crews will be working in your neighbourhood.

If a sign is posted in your area, officials ask that all vehicles be removed from the street to allow sweepers to do their job effectively.
