Vendor registration is now open for the 2025 season of Marketplace on Main, a summer-long street market in the heart of Rocky Mountain House.
The weekly market returns to Main Street on June 26 and will run every Thursday evening through to Aug. 28, bringing together local vendors, artisans, food trucks and live entertainment.
“We’re really looking forward to the 2025 iteration of Marketplace,” said Laura Button, communications co-ordinator with the Town of Rocky Mountain House. “Registration opened May 1, and we’re hoping to expand that vendor list. We’d love to have vendors line up all four blocks of Main Street — top to bottom.”
Each market night runs Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with live music booked for every event. The town says the market regularly draws hundreds of visitors during peak summer weeks.

Vendors can register online through the town’s website or in person at the Rocky Regional Recreation Centre. The fee is $25 per night, or $200 for all 10 events — a discounted rate for those who commit to the full season.
“There’s no cap on vendors at this point,” said Button. “That’s the kind of problem we’d love to have.”
Last year’s Marketplace on Main wrapped up with a high-energy appearance by Elvis impersonator Jim Schbwe, and organizers say they’re hoping to carry that momentum into 2025.
Vendors can register at the Rocky Regional Recreation Centre, or online.
