Easter on Main Street returns to Rocky March 28

With the impending arrival of spring, residents are invited to the annual Easter on Main Street in Rocky Mountain House.

Happening March 28, the fifth annual event will feature photos with the Easter Bunny, an egg hunt, a scavenger hunt, prizes, and more family-friendly activities.

Kids are invited to bring their Easter baskets to search for treats all along Main St.

Families are invited to take part in the street-wide scavenger hunt along Main Street. Scavenger hunt forms can be picked up in front of the Burly Beard.

Before the event, local businesses and community members can help by donating prizes, candy, or small items for the event. Larger items will be used as prizes for the scavenger hunt or door prizes.

Anyone who is interested in volunteering or donating can call the Burly Beard Tattoo Studio at 403-845-7354.

The 2026 event will mark the fifth Easter on Main, with organizer Cynthia McCaughley saying the first unofficial event took place in 2020, which was an outdoor parade featuring the Easter Bunny during the pandemic.

The fun will happen Saturday March 28 from 12-2 p.m. in Rocky Mountain House.
