Stettler and Wainwright have challenged Rocky Mountain House to a “Walk n Roll”, “I’m Just Less Driven”, friendly competition this summer.

Organizers say Walk n Roll is not about going for a walk or bike ride for exercise, but about using walking and biking for transportation.

Town officials note, the length of the trip is not important, it’s only important that you reached your destination by walking or biking.

Each “to” and “from” is considered a separate trip. You can submit each trip you do on the Town website. There are also monthly draws for a “Walk n Roll” “I’m Just Less Driven” prize package for all participants.

The challenge goes from May 1-August 31.
