Big things are anticipated as another Marketplace on Main season kicks off June 26 in Rocky Mountain House.
The weekly market returns to Main Street on Thursday, and will run every Thursday evening through to Aug. 28, and will once again feature food trucks, farmer’s market vendors and live music.
“We’re really looking forward to the 2025 iteration of Marketplace,” said Laura Button, communications co-ordinator with the Town of Rocky Mountain House. “We’d love to have vendors line up all four blocks of Main Street — top to bottom.”
Registration opened May 1, and Button adds organizers are hoping to expand the vendor list for this season.
Each market night runs Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with live music booked for every event. The town says the market regularly draws hundreds of visitors during peak summer weeks.

Vendors can register online through the town’s website or in person at the Rocky Regional Recreation Centre. The fee is $25 per night, or $200 for all 10 events — a discounted rate for those who commit to the full season.
“There’s no cap on vendors at this point,” said Button. “That’s the kind of problem we’d love to have.”
Vendors can register at the Rocky Regional Recreation Centre, or online.
