It was another successful year for Stuff The Cruiser in Rocky Mountain House, as total food and cash donations topped nearly $12,000.
Officials say the annual event in support of the Lord’s Food Bank raised 2,181 lbs of food (valued at $7,897), along with $3,931 cash.
RCMP, Fish And Wildlife, and community peace officer (CPO) cruisers were stuffed with the donations at No Frills, Evergreen Co-op, and Sobeys on Tuesday Dec. 2.

Despite the continued generosity of West County residents, 2025 numbers were down sharply from the last two years.
In 2024, the initiative had its best year yet with over 3,600 pounds of food donated along with over $6600 in cash — that was an estimated total of nearly $20,000.
Officials estimate 2023 brought in around $17,500 in donations.
