The Rocky Seniors Housing Council presents its annual Country Fair event, June 1 at the Rocky Regional Recreation Centre.

Billed as a celebration of local seniors, the event will feature free fun for all ages.

• Trade show and farmers market
• Live music
• Caricature artist
• Pie eating contest
• Grandma and grandpa’s recipe bakeoff
• Seniors craft show
• Senior of the year awards
• Country line dancers
• Fair games
• Free BBQ hamburgers and hot dogs for seniors
• Food trucks

While much of the event is free, organizers say there will be a fundraiser in support of West Country Family Service Association.

The event runs 1-6 p.m. on Monday June 1.
