Trial dates have been set for a Clearwater County resident accused of publishing intimate images online.
Jodine Nelmes, 44, is scheduled for trial in Calgary Court of Justice from April 5-7, 2027.
It was on Aug. 15, 2025, when Didsbury RCMP initiated an investigation after allegations that an intimate photograph was posted on social media without consent.
After an extensive investigation, and with assistance from the Southern Alberta District and Central Alberta District General Investigation Sections, and the Rocky Mountain House RCMP, investigators arrested a female and executed a criminal code search warrant at the accused’s residence and on their communication device.
Mounties say a third judicial authorization was executed for the accused’s social media account.
On Nov. 5, 2025, Jodine Nelmes was charged with the following offences:
- Publication of intimate images without consent;
- Criminal Harassment.
According to police, Nelmes was released to appear at the Alberta Court of Justice in Didsbury, Alta.
