Warmer weather in the province has seen the Sundre area tie a temperature record for September 26.

Meteorologists with Environment and Climate Change Canada say the Sundre area unofficially tied a record set in 2021 of 25.0 degrees Celsius on Monday.

Records in this area have been kept since 1993.
