The Town of Rocky Mountain House is introducing Electronic Assessment and Tax Notices.
Town officials say property owners who sign up for this service will receive a PDF file of their notice by email, along with any accompanying information bulletins that would be distributed by mail.
Officials note this will streamline and speed up the process of sending legislated notices to property owners, especially when there are two or more titled owners.
Property owners must opt in for this service.
If you are looking into opting in, you’re asked to complete the emailing authorization form and return it to propertytaxes@trmh.ca. (If you have not already enrolled in utility e-billing, you can use the same form to sign up at the same time).
The Town of Rocky Mountain House says they are pleased to add this service for the convenience of residents and property owners.
If you have any questions, phone the Town office at 403-845-2866 or email propertytaxes@trmh.ca.
Property owners who sign up for electronic assessment and tax notices between October 1, 2022 and March 31, 2023 will be entered to win a monthly draw for a $100 Town credit. Town credits may be applied to utility accounts or Town services (e.g.: recreation).
One winner will be drawn every month.
