The oval outdoor rink in Rocky Mountain House is open for the season.

Town officials say this means families in the Rocky area can enjoy a holiday favorite by skating the 400 metre oval rink where it’s a perfect place to teach your kids how to skate.

The 400 metre oval rink is found across the street from the Rocky Reginal Recreation Centre.

Town officials note:

• Helmets are recommended

• No hockey sticks or pucks

• No smoking or vaping or cannabis

• No dogs
