The number of home sales in Rocky Mountain House was lower in November when compared to October.
According to the latest market update from the Central Alberta Realtors Association, there were 10 units sold last month, down from 17 sold in October, but up from five units sold in November 2022.
Year-to-date numbers show 136 units sold in Rocky Mountain House so far this year, down from 173 units sold during the first 11 months of 2022.
Meantime, the average sale price in Rocky Mountain House last month was $275,250, down from October’s average price of $292,397.
The average number of days to sell a home in Rocky Mountain House in November was 69 days, down from 74 days in October.
Meanwhile, in Clearwater County, there were 19 units sold last month, down from October’s number of 28, but well up from the eight units sold in November 2022.
Year-to-date figures show 228 units sold throughout the county so far this year, down from 291 units sold to this point in 2022.
The average sale price in Clearwater County last month was $411,889, up from October’s $382,575.
The average number of days to sell a home in Clearwater County last month was 85 days, down from October’s 70.
For the entire central Alberta market, there were 335 units sold last month, which is lower than the 397 units sold in October, but still higher than the 276 units sold in November of last year.
The average sale price throughout the entire central Alberta market last month was $364,371, down from October’s $395,313.
Meanwhile, the average number of days to sell throughout the entire central Alberta market last month was 53 days, lower then October’s 57.
