Rocky Mountain House town council has indicated they would like to see the Annual Awards updated and to add a few new categories.

The annual awards are presented at the Community Business Awards put on by the Rocky Chamber and the Business Awards are included in the annual Budget.

Town council indicated a revamp of the Mayor’s Award program needs to be done and that council would like to see the program expanded.

A new Draft Policy has been created that combines the Martha Kostuch Memorial Award with the Mayor’s Recognition Awards Program. There are also additional categories added to the Policy as per Council’s direction.
