The Town of Rocky Mountain House has announced the outdoor rink is ready for use.

Town officials say the rink adjacent to the Bunch arena, on the north side of the Rocky Regional Recreation Centre is ready for skating.

However, officials say the oval could see its final pass in a day or so.

Reminders from the Town:

• Sticks, pucks and shinny are only allowed on the outdoor rink.
• Sticks and pucks are not allowed on the oval.
• Helmets are recommended.
• The outdoor skating areas are for everyone.
• Respect other skaters.
