The Town of Rocky Mountain House Citizen of the Year Award deadline is quickly approaching.

Town officials say the Awards recognize achievement and volunteer service by individuals, teams, or groups who, through their efforts or accomplishments, have contributed to the Town of Rocky Mountain House.

Officials note, each year, this program honours recipients for achievements in athletics, arts & culture, citizenship or other area of excellence.

The deadline for the Awards is Wednesday, Feb. 14. Nominations are invited from the public. The nomination form can be found here.

The award show is on Friday, March 8, at the Lou Soppit Community Centre.
