A change in ownership has sparked new growth for a local Rocky Mountain House delivery business.
Rocky Mountain Deliveries began in 2018 but is now under new ownership with Serina Taylor. Taylor bought the company in June 2021 and has really grown it since.
The business offers a wide variety of services, such as deliveries for local restaurants that include Fo4rty Ei8ht, Nick’s Diner and Pizza and even fast food places in town. Taylor also notes that food is not all they deliver. Rocky Mountain Deliveries also delivers groceries, prescriptions and more, all while offering contactless delivery options as well.
With winter’s colder temperatures, Taylor expects business to pick up even more, noting Rocky Mountain Deliveries gives the option for people to stay warm and safe at home, while still managing to get everything they need. Also, with COVID-19 cases still on the rise, more people are wanting to stay home according to Taylor, who points out that customers are expressing their gratitude for the service.
Rocky Mountain Deliveries also serves the people of Clearwater County. The business delivers to Condor, Caroline and Leslieville. Taylor says she’s excited to see what the future holds and is hoping one day to be able to expand further.
When asked about why she wanted to get involved in delivery services in Rocky, Taylor explained how she saw potential and has always wanted to be a helper in some kind of way. She now prides herself on spreading smiles and positivity in the community and to various local small businesses.
Taylor says it’s beautiful to see Rocky growing and thriving and acknowledging that it’s a very big part of why she continues to do what she loves daily.
