Officials with Rocky Gas Co-Op are advising residents it will be completing some gas line inspections east of Rocky as long as warmer weather permits.

Aaron Mackay, service supervisor says workers will be out and about line walking, GPS tracking, and doing leak detection around Taimi Rd., Oras Rd. and Leslieville areas.

Mackay adds workers will be calling, leaving door tags and knocking on doors if they are working near residents’ properties. He encourages residents to keep their contact information up to date, so employees can contact them with important information.

He says work will be ongoing as long as temperatures remain warm enough. Future inspections are also planned for areas near Arbutus Rd. and Hwy. 54.
