Santa’s anonymous and Victim Services in Rocky Mountain House stand to benefit from a Christmas-themed fundraiser taking place this weekend.

On Dec. 11, residents are encouraged to come out and cheer on the Rocky Mountain House U15 A Raiders as they take on the Lacombe Rockets. Puck drop is 3:15 p.m. at the Bunch Arena. The game is a teddy bear toss game where after the first goal scored by the Raiders, everyone in the stands can throw their teddy bear on the ice. All teddy bears will be donated to Santa’s Anonymous and Victim Services.

If you can’t make the game and would like to donate a teddy bear, you can donate one at the drop off locations at either the Rocky RCMP Detachment or the front desk of the Christenson Sports and Wellness Centre.
