It’s time to roll out the red carpet and get your nominations in for the 2022 Community Business Awards for Rocky Mountain House and Clearwater County, co-hosted by The Rocky Chamber, Town of Rocky Mountain Mountain House and Clearwater County.

The Rocky Chamber is stepping it up this year by adding four new awards to this year’s event.

They include Employee of the Year, which is employee nominated, as well as Business Resiliency, New Business of the Year and Marketing Excellence.

“We increased the awards to recognize new businesses that are within our community. It also shows recognition to those businesses especially throughout the last few years,” said Michelle Meatheringham, Executive Director for the Rocky Chamber.

“It’s important to have these awards because it helps set the example of being an attractive community that makes our friends and neighbours feel welcomed, as well as our visitors,” added Meatheringham.

These awards are open to all businesses in Rocky Mountain House and Clearwater County. Rocky Chamber officials are asking people to consider nominating a business or person who goes the extra mile. Nominations can be submitted online and requested by email. Nominations close April 11.
