Clearwater County has scheduled some underground construction work for the Hamlet of Leslieville beginning this week.

Starting Sept. 13, 2022, until Oct. 29, 2022, construction will include, but not be limited to, relining and replacing wastewater sanitary collection lines (rated in poor condition), along with installing culverts and regrading drainage works, which in turn, is expected to help direct overland water within County right-of-way.

Officials note at this time, asphalt overlay in the Hamlet of Leslieville is scheduled for 2023.

County officials are saying to expect interruptions throughout the Hamlet during construction. The County and contractor are anticipated to work together to try to minimize any interruptions as much as possible.

The County says it understands these can be an inconvenience, but patience and understanding from area residents will be appreciated.
