If you work in the tourism industry, Clearwater County is inviting you to the Tourism Business Forum coming up next month.
Officials say this forum is for owners or managers of all businesses that benefit directly or indirectly from tourism in the area, including:
• Hotels
• Bed and Breakfast Inns
• Lodges
• Restaurants
• Campgrounds
• Activity Attractions
• Cabin Rentals
• Farm Tours
• Camping Supply Stores
• Grocery Stores
• Boutique Stores
• Artisan Studios
• Tour Operators (hiking, biking, OHV equestrian, fishing, river)
• Activity Rentals (bikes, river or lake materials
The Tourism Business Forum is Wednesday Nov. 9, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Rocky Mountain House.
Officials note the agenda will include networking, local tourism updates, trails information, visitor friendly websites, using social media, using travel vloggers and presentations from the Tourism Industry Association of Alberta (TIAA) and from Travel Alberta.
