Hot weather throughout the province over the weekend has brought some new temperature records to Alberta, including the Town of Sundre.
Meteorologists with Environment and Climate Change Canada say the Sundre area unofficially reached a new record high temperature of 24.0 degrees Celsius on Sunday, April 30, beating the old record of 21.1 degrees Celsius, set back in 2014.
Records in this area have been kept since 1993.
