At about 10 a.m. on July 22, RCMP responded to the scene of a single-vehicle rollover on Hwy 11, just west of Rocky Mountain House, involving a semi.

RCMP say the semi had rolled into the ditch.

The driver was taken to area hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Meantime, the tanker trailer, which was loaded with produced water, spilled a result of the crash.

Clean-up efforts are underway and will likely be ongoing until between 4 and 6 p.m.

RCMP say there is no risk to public safety, however, traffic is being diverted in the area of Highway 11 and Range Road 94A near Horburg. Motorists are asked to use caution and obey the traffic controllers on scene.
