Range Road 5-2 is closed until Sept. 29, due to construction.

Clearwater County officials say they received a bridge-related notification from their contractors currently performing maintenance.

The construction started on Monday and is expected to run until Sept. 29. The dates are weather and contractor dependent and are subject to change. Officials say no notification will be sent upon reopening (unless the subject date is affected).

The detour route for Range Road 5-2 is via Highway 598 to Highway 761.
