An appeal has been filed with the Regional Subdivision and Development Appeal Board in Rocky Mountain House against a development permit.
The permit is issued for the construction of a 6’6” high fence, portion of it in the front yard, located at 5004-55 St.
The Regional Subdivision and Development Appeal Board will hold a hearing on September 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (5116-50th Avenue).

Any affected person is welcome to participate and make verbal and/or written presentation at the hearing.
Affected persons wanting to provide a written submission to the Board concerning the appeal must deliver a copy of the submission to the SDAB Clerk no later than noon on September 7, 2023. Affected persons wishing to speak at the hearing are asked to register with the SDAB Clerk no later than noon on September 8, 2023.
