The Rocky Rams return to action this weekend for a set of road games to wrap up the regular season.
On Friday, the Rams will head down to Didsbury for a date with the Mountainview Colts.
So far this season, the Colts have a record of 16-14-6, placing them in second place in the Heritage Junior Hockey League’s Northern Division. This season, the Rams and Colts have met five times and it’s been the Colts getting the better of the Rams winning four out of five and outscoring the Rams 23-15.
Puck drop for the Colts vs Rams is Feb. 16 at 8:00 p.m. at the Didsbury Memorial Complex Arena.
Heading into this weekend the Rams have a record of 16-17-3, placing them in third place in the Northern Division.
On Saturday, the Rams will hit the road again when they travel to Ponoka to take on the Stampeders.
This season so far, the Stampeders have a record of 1-34-1, placing them in dead last in the Northern Division, and the entire Heritage Junior Hockey League. The Rams and Stampeders have met only three times this season, with the Rams winning all three games and outscoring the Stampeders 29-6.
Puck drop on Saturday is at 4:00 p.m. at the Ponoka Culture and Recreation Complex.
