The original June 5 deadline for Clearwater County’s 2024 citizen satisfaction survey has been extended to June 12.
Clearwater County Reeve, Michelle Swanson hopes the extended deadline will allow more people to complete the survey, as the results will be pertinent not only now, but into the future.
“It helps not only the existing council, but it also helps the next council coming in after the next municipal election,” says Swanson. “What are constituents looking for? Are we on the mark or are we not?”
The survey includes questions pertaining to issues such as quality of life, public safety, county services, and access to information.
Officials say it takes about 11 minutes to complete.
Swanson says she’s particularly interested in survey results concerning economic development in the region, both from existing businesses and new ones moving in.
The survey can be found at here.
