Town of Rocky Mountain House crews responded to a water main break on 50 Ave. between 51 and 52 St. — right in front of town office on Tuesday.

The break, which occurred in the early morning hours of Nov. 26, has not caused widespread disruptions to traffic or water service, officials say.

The only building to see water disruptions is the old Posthouse building on 50 Ave., says Laura Button, communications coordinator with the Town of Rocky Mountain House.

The road is open for east-west traffic, says Button, but there will be no parking allowed on either side of 50 Ave. while the repair is underway.

Anyone who need to access the Town Office is welcome to use the public parking lot and public entrance at the rear of the building.
