Now that Canada Post mail service is restored, Rocky Mountain House residents can expect to receive their November utility invoices in the mail this week— even if you’ve already paid during the strike.
These invoices, which were originally mailed on November 14, were due for payment on December 10, say officials
If you have already paid your November bill, please disregard the invoice when it arrives. However, for those who have not yet made payment, the invoices are now past due, and penalties have been applied. Residents with questions are encouraged to contact the town’s utility department at utilities@trmh.ca.
In addition, December utility invoices will be mailed on Monday, December 23, with a due date of January 10.
