With the federal election set for April 28, Elections Canada is looking to hire additional poll workers in the Yellowhead riding.

Approximately 25 positions remain open in the area, with roles ranging from information officers to poll clerks. Pay rates vary between $20.01 and $26.46 per hour, and all workers will receive paid training ahead of election day.

To be eligible, applicants must be Canadian citizens and at least 16-years-old.

There are five candidates running in the Yellowhead riding.
