The town of Rocky Mountain House has announced the spray park is open for the season— just in time for May Long Weekend.

The park, along with newly-built washroom facilities can be activated from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“We always try to get the park open for the May Long Weekend,” says Laura Button, communications coordinator with the town of Rocky Mountain House. “It looks like it’ll be a little cooler this weekend, but I haven’t seen that stop kids from enjoying the park.

The spray park is located just south of the Lou Soppit Community Centre (5317 48 St.).
