RCS has contracted out Eagle Builders for this project, with work expected to commence after June 16.
As part of the lease agreement between Rocky Christian School Society and WRSD, the division must agree with the alterations to the facility.
WRSD officials say the well-being of students and staff is of highest concern, and therefore, has requested information on how RCS and its contractors will be managing health and safety.
Rocky Christian School was first opened in 1970, with the first year accommodating grades one to five.
