Rockin’ the Mountains is set for North Saskatchewan River Park on June 20 and 21, 2026.
Organizers are anticipating an action-packed rodeo weekend, complete with beer gardens and a cabaret.
Event co-founder Dustan Lowry says Saturday’s events will begin at 3 p.m. with Indian relay races.
He says the relays are an adrenaline-filled spectacle.
“Watching a person ride bareback around the track, jump off that horse and jump onto another is amazing to watch,” he said.
Saturday’s lineup will also include bull riding.
On Sunday, fans are invited to return to North Saskatchewan River Park for a day featuring the sold-out youth steer riding event, as well as bronc riding.
Sunday will also feature the finale of the 2026 Indian relay races.
Tickets are available at Henry’s Western Wear in Rocky Mountain House, as well as at the gate. Gate sales are cash only.
Lowry says sponsorship packages are still available, along with spots in Sunday’s bronc riding event.
