Canada Day activities are once again planned for the Rocky Mountain House National Historic Site on July 1.
The celebrations will feature many family-oriented events throughout the day including:
- toonie carnival games
- wagon rides
- car show
- rafting demo
- food vendors
- face painting
- crib tournament
- ag olympics
- artisan market
Entertainment for the day features performances from Darla Daniels, Suzanna Duhamel, Ginger Snap, and the Garden Variety Rockstars.
The celebrations will happen from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Visitors and are also invited to return to North Saskatchewan River Park in the evening for a Canada Day Fireworks display at dusk.
