Closing times have been updated for a pair of advance polling stations in the Rimbey-Rocky Mountain House-Sundre electoral division.

According to Elections Alberta, the Buck Lake polling station will remain open today until 8:42.

The Rimbey location will stay open until 8:20.

Elections Alberta says the changes ensure Albertans have a full advertised hours of service, adding that the late openings at stations were due to various and separate technology issues which have since been resolved.

Seventeen out of 311 polling stations across the province were affected.
